Task 1: Scenario This is the scenario of my Organization where I was prevailing as a member of Sales Executive in Meeras exportation & Co. This was a partnership firm continuing its body of work from last 20 years consisting of four partners, administration staff, fall in and marketing division, three solicitors and fifteen employees. My job was to communicate the Partners and process nearly them out with appropriate solutions regarding the improvement of various occupancy strategies in the field of instruction, human resource, finance and marketing, as well as administration. All kinds of Organisations rely on managers to help ensure the work experiences of others are productive and satisfying.
